NH2-PEG8-CH2CH2COOtBu (CAS: 756526-06-4) is a monodisperse PEG reagent with an amino group at one end and a carboxyl group protected by a tert-butyl group at the other end. It is often used as an ADC linker in the synthesis of ADC drugs and as a PROTAC linker in PROTACs.
