Fmoc-NH-PEG24-CH2CH2COOH (CAS: 2170484-59-8) is a long, monodisperse polyethylene glycol (PEG) linker with an Fmoc-protected amino group at one end and a carboxyl group at the other end. It is often used as an ADC linker in the synthesis of ADC drugs and as a PROTAC linker in PROTACs, and it can increase water solubility.
