Fmoc-NH-PEG12-CH2CH2COOH (CAS: 1952360-91-6) is a monodisperse PEG reagent with an Fmoc-protected amino group at one end and a carboxyl group at the other end. It is often used as an ADC linker in the synthesis of ADC drugs and as a PROTAC linker in PROTACs, and it can increase water solubility.
